We were on our third kid and had night nurses in the past but nothing compared to Stella — she’s truly exceptional and such a rare gem to find! At around 10 weeks, our baby had round-the-clock viral diarrhea for 10 days. It was super stressful and hard, but Stella was again our rock. Even though our baby soiled her diaper every two hours, she never got a diaper rash -- probably because Stella was so diligent with diaper changing and recommended a better diaper cream than the one we were using. I was utterly exhausted from having to care for a sick baby during the day, but knew I could count on Stella to help me sleep at night so that I'd have enough energy for the next day.

My favorite part of working with Stella besides getting back hundreds of hours of sleep was watching her interact with our baby when she arrived and left. It was clear that she absolutely adored our baby. She was so attuned to all her developmental and growth milestones and the minutiae of her sleeping and eating patterns. Stella helped me so much in the first few weeks after the birth of my second. She was so sweet with my son, and it was so helpful to have a good night of rest to look forward to on the nights where I was alone with two kids dealing with early morning toddler wake-ups. Stella was amazing as our daughter’s night nurse. She was so warm and caring, and from the very first night home from the hospital we felt safe and comfortable. She always listened to and remembered our preferences, especially as we started to move towards sleep training. She was easygoing and flexible as I alternated between breast and bottle feeding. It wasn’t our first baby, but we still learned a lot from Stella! Our entire family loved her, and we could not recommend her more enthusiastically.

Our baby got RSV at 5 weeks and Stella was our rock. She would gently but thoroughly clear her nose to keep her breathing well, and closely monitored her throughout the nights. Ordinarily I would have been freaked out about sleeping when I had a super sick newborn, but Stella was so knowledgeable about how to care for a sick newborn that I felt completely comfortable sleeping while she took care of her. In fact, my husband and I felt she was more knowledgeable on this than we were.
